Composing a new email is simple inside My Mailbox. You can start fresh conversations with any recipient on the web using any of the custom aliases assigned to your mailbox.

Drafting clean, structured messages directly under your professional brand establishes authority and makes it easy to proactively reach out to new clients, vendors, or team members.
3. How to Use It
Step-by-Step Composing:
- Log in to My Mailbox and click the Compose button in the sidebar.
- Select the "From" Alias:
- If your mailbox has multiple aliases assigned to it (e.g.
sales@brand.comandsupport@brand.com), select which identity you want to write from using the From dropdown menu.

- Enter a Subject: Write a clear, brief subject line.
- Write the Message Body: Use the built-in text editor to draft your email message.

- Click Send. Your email is instantly routed and delivered.

- Selecting the wrong "From" alias: If you manage multiple businesses or departments in one mailbox, always double-check the From dropdown to ensure you are writing from the correct address.
- Adding too many attachments at once: Large files can take a few moments to process. Upload files one at a time to ensure smooth delivery.
